Picasso Gilding Size is a water base, synthetic size for use on all interior gilding projects. Surface must be fully clean, dry & properly prepared before applying the size. Proper tack will develop in approximately 15 to 30 minutes and will remain tacky for transferring up to 24 to 36 hours depending on environmental conditions. It is milky when applied and its ready to leaf when it turns clear. The milky appearance makes is easy to gauge coverage. No fire hazard. Mimimum toxicity.

Picasso Gilding Size will never fully harden and the gilded surface be sealed, if contact with the surface is expected.
